• Username: This is required to play the game and is displayed in the public leaderboard.
• Game Scores: We save your score to display it on the public leaderboard of the top 20 players.

We use the data collected to:

• Display your username and score on the top 20 leaderboard.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for the hosting and database services:

• The website is hosted on Render.
• Data is stored on MongoDB Atlas, located in the Frankfurt (EU) region.

4. Retention of Data

Your username and score will be retained indefinitely. However, lower scores may be manually removed from the database to free up space if needed, as only the top 20 scores are displayed on the leaderboard.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

• The MongoDB database is secured with a specific user and a strong password.
• The website uses HTTPS, and all communication between the client, backend, and database is encrypted.

6. User Rights

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Please send your request to the admin at privacy@rezzonico.dev. All requests will be handled manually.

7. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not use cookies for user tracking. However, the Phaser 3 engine may use localStorage to store certain data necessary for the correct execution of the game, but it is not used for tracking or identifying users.
